Fenwick Represents Wonder in $600M Funding

Fenwick represented Wonder, a food hall and delivery startup, in its $600 million funding. The round was led by NEA with participation from existing investors Accel, Google Ventures, Forerunner Ventures and Amex Ventures.

Wonder will use the funds to accelerate openings of its brick-and-mortar stores, particularly in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. More information can be obtained here.
