Fenwick & West represented Ripple Foods PBC., a maker of plant-based dairy alternatives, in its $65 million Series C financing. The round was led by Euclidean Capital with participation from other investors including Goldman Sachs, Fall Line Capital, GV, Prelude Ventures, S2G Ventures and Khosla Ventures.
Ripple Foods will use the funds to accelerate its mission to reinvent the use of plant proteins to make dairy alternatives, and to bring its products to scale.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Mark Leahy and Shen Zhang.
