Fenwick represented RiskSense, a pioneer in risk-based vulnerability management and prioritization, in its acquisition by Ivanti, an automation platform that discovers, manages, secures and services IT assets from cloud to edge.
This combination will enable organizations to shrink their attack surface, prioritize vulnerabilities to remediate and reduce their exposure to cyber threats and ransomware attacks by taking a proactive, risk-based approach to patch management. More information can be obtained from Ivanti’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Mark Leahy and Stephen Fisher and included associates Chima Nwachukwu, Sam Millang and Raquel Maragh; executive compensation and employee benefits partner Marshall Mort and associates Christophe Delrieu and Jonathan Stephenson; technology transactions partner Ralph Pais and associates Ana Razmazma and Andrew Martinez; and tax associate Michael Knobler.
