Fenwick Represents Rockset in $40 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Rockset, a real-time indexing database company, in its $40 million Series B financing. The funding round was led by Sequoia with participation from Greylock, after the two leading venture capital firms co-led the Series A and seed.

Rockset has announced that the funding will be used to grow the team to accelerate product innovation and expand go-to-market efforts. More information can be obtained from Rockset’s announcement.
