Fenwick Represents Sageview Capital in leading 360insights' C$30 Million Growth Equity Investment

Fenwick & West represented Sageview Capital, a private investment firm providing growth capital to small and mid-sized companies in the technology, business services and financial services sectors, in leading a C$30 million growth equity investment in 360insights, a provider of incentive management software and services.

The new funding will enable 360insights to further strengthen its market-leading technology platform and pursue new market opportunities.
