Fenwick Represents Satelles in its Pending Acquisition by Iridium Communications

Fenwick is representing Satelles, a provider of highly secure satellite-based time and location services that complement and protect GPS and other GNSS-reliant systems, in its acquisition by Iridium Communications, a provider of global voice and data satellite communications.

With Satelles’ service, named Satellite Time and Location (STL), Iridium will continue its philosophy of investing in differentiating technologies uniquely suited to its network that significantly outperform competing solutions. More information can be obtained from Iridium’s announcement.
