Fenwick represented Shift5, an onboard data company that defends commercial transportation systems and military platforms against operational failures and OT cybersecurity risks, in its $33 million additional financing, bringing its Series B round to $83 million. The round was led by Moore Strategic Ventures, with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, JetBlue Ventures and Teamworthy Ventures.
Shift5 will use the funds to unlock onboard data in commercial and military fleets and weapon systems. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
