Fenwick Represents Smack Technologies in $32M Funding

Fenwick represented Smack Technologies, the first frontier AI lab for national security, in its $32 million Seed and Series A funding. The Series A round was co-led by Geodesic Capital and Costanoa Ventures, with participation from Point72 Ventures, Felicis, First In, Scribble Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Washington Harbour Partners, Palumni VC, Fulcrum Venture Group, Anomaly Fund, and Fortitude Ventures. Point72 Ventures led the Seed round.

Smack Technologies will use the funds to scale its technical hiring and deepen its ongoing operational partnership with the U.S. Department of War. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
