Fenwick & West represented Sterling.VC, a division of Sterling Equities, a family-run group of companies, in a financing partnership to fund and operate New York Excelsior, or “NYXL”, the first eSports team representing New York City and one of the twelve founding teams in Activision Blizzard's newly formed Overwatch League.
