Fenwick Represents Supernormal in $10 Million Financing

Fenwick represented Supernormal, a generative AI company that helps capture and share video meetings with live notes, transcript and automatic highlight videos, in its $10 million financing. The round was led by Balderton with participation from Acequia Capital and byFounders VC.

Supernormal will use the new capital to further the mission of delivering end-to-end workflow solutions based on foundational meeting data and developing next-generation tools that deliver actions and insights from conversations across the organization. The transaction was led by corporate partner Michael Brown, associates James Clarkin-Breslin and Jennifer Wu and law clerk Sarah Ashkan.
