Fenwick Represents Tanium in Strategic Investment from Salesforce

Fenwick represented Tanium, a unified endpoint management and security platform that is built for demanding IT environments, in its strategic partnership with Salesforce, supported by a new round of funding led by a strategic investment from Salesforce Ventures. This investment brings Tanium’s valuation to $9 billion.
