Fenwick Represents Terra Industries in $11.75M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Terra Industries, a defense technology company building autonomous security systems to protect Africa and its critical infrastructure, in its $11.75 million Seed funding. The round was led by 8VC with participation from Valor Equity Partners, Lux Capital, SV Angel, Leblon Capital, Silent Ventures, Nova Global, and angel investors.

Terra Industries will use the funds to expand its manufacturing capacity, grow its engineering and software teams, and deploy more autonomous systems cross allied African countries. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
