Fenwick Represents ThinkIQ in $11.6 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented ThinkIQ, a pioneer of digital manufacturing transformation SaaS, in its $11.6 million Series A financing round led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund (EIF). Participating investors included Hitachi Ventures, ArcTern Ventures, Bonfire Ventures and Sino Capital.

ThinkIQ will use the financing to accelerate growth of its digital manufacturing platform. More information can be obtained from ThinkIQ’s announcement.
