Fenwick Represents TigerConnect in Acquisition of Critical Alert

Fenwick represented TigerConnect, maker of care team collaboration solutions, in its acquisition of Critical Alert, a leading provider of enterprise-grade middleware for hospitals and health systems.

TigerConnect will integrate Critical Alert’s middleware stack into its platform to power a wide range of alert types and alarm management enhancements for TigerConnect’s customers. More information can be obtained from TigerConnect’s announcement.
