Fenwick & West LLP represented TreeRing Corporation, a San Mateo, CA based company that brings social networking into the creation of school yearbooks, in its recently announced investment of $3.6 million in a Series B funding led by its angel investor Mike McCue (CEO of Flipboard), Second Ave Partners and Cedar Grove Investments. In addition, there were several angel investors that participated in the round, including Founder of Expedia and Zillow, Rich Barton.
