Fenwick Represents UpGuard in $75M Series C Funding

Fenwick represented UpGuard, a leader in cybersecurity and risk management, in its $75 million Series C funding. The round was led by Springcoast Partners and joins existing investors, including August Capital, Square Peg Capital, and Pelion Venture Partners.

UpGuard will use the funds to accelerate its next growth phase, including expansion of its AI-powered Cyber Risk Posture Management platform capabilities, scaling global go-to-market functions, and pursuing strategic M&A. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
