Fenwick Represents VerAI in $12 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented VerAI, an AI-powered mineral discovery technology company, in its $12 million Series A funding round, including funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates with participation from Orion Resource Partners, Chrysalix Venture Capital and Blumberg Capital. 

VerAI will use the new capital to improve the ability to locate concealed minerals critical for a sustainable future. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Lara Foster, and associates Corinne Nhaissi and Liz Malmen.
