Fenwick represented Vital Interaction, a healthcare technology company that combines healthcare data, business intelligence and workflow automation, in its $15 million Series A financing. The round was led by Next Coast Ventures.
Vital Interaction will use the funds to rapidly scale its go-to-market strategy. It will ramp hiring quickly and help the firm continue its investment into product research and development and launch new features to drive hyper-personalized patient communication.
