Fenwick & West represented Wealthfront Inc., an automated investment service provider, in its $75 million financing. Tiger Global Management led the round with participation from existing investors, Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, Ribbit Capital, Social Capital and Spark Capital.
Wealthfront will use the funds to strengthen its software-based financial planning and financial services as well as accelerate investment in its brokerage infrastructure. More information about Wealthfront’s $75 million financing can be obtained from the company blog posting.
