Fenwick Represents Whatnot in $50 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Whatnot, a live stream platform and marketplace for collectors and enthusiasts, in its $50 million Series B financing.

The round was led by Anu Hariharan from Y Combinator Continuity, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz. They joined existing investors Animal Capital, musicians Ryan Tedder and DJ Skee, NFL players DeAndre Hopkins and Bobby Wagner, and Jeremy Padawer, among others. The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Mark Leahy and included associates Melody Khorsandi, Anja Kong, Yashreeka Huq and Tracy Kennberg.
