Fenwick & West represented WhoSay Inc., a leading provider of influence marketing worldwide, in its acquisition by Viacom , Inc. (NASDAQ: VIA)(NASDAQ: VIAB), home to some of the world’s premier entertainment brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WhoSay’s integration with Viacom is a result of a successful two-year partnership during which WhoSay executed more than fifty campaigns for MTV, BET and other Viacom brands. The acquisition will combine the creative strengths of the two companies in order to further WhoSay’s commitment to offering creative solutions that deliver measurable results.
