Fenwick Represents ZipRecruiter in its $550 Million Upsized Senior Notes Offering

Fenwick represented leading online employment marketplace ZipRecruiter (NYSE: ZIP) in its private offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2030. The aggregate principal amount of the offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of $500 million due to market interest. The offering closed on January 12, 2022.
