Fenwick & West Represents Axolotl in Acquisition by Ingenix

Fenwick & West represented Axolotl, a leading provider of health information exchange (HIE) solutions for states, communities, hospitals and health systems, in its acquisition by Eden Prairie, MN-based Ingenix, a leading provider of health information, technology and consulting services to over 240,000 physicians and nearly 6,000 hospitals. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
