Fenwick Team Recognized Among Law.com's Top Litigators of the Week

A Fenwick patent litigation team was recognized among the top litigators of the week in the shout outs column by Law.com for winning a preliminary injunction for beauty technology brand Lashify.

On January 5, 2023, U.S. District Judge George Wu of the Central District of California granted Lashify’s motion and issued a rare preliminary injunction preventing Urban Dollz from infringing Lashify’s "BONDAGE" trademark on any of their artificial eyelashes and eye cosmetics.

The Fenwick team was led by litigation partner Saina Shamilov with partners Bryan Kohm, Shannon Turner and Melanie Mayer, and associates Jon McMichael, Eric Menist and Su Li.
