Fenwick Adds Corporate Partner Einat Meisel to Thriving Startup Practice
Mountain View, CA (October 15, 2019) – Fenwick & West today announced that Einat Meisel has joined the firm as a corporate partner in its Mountain View office.

Meisel is a leader in cross-border corporate and transactional matters, particularly involving Israel, advising U.S. and international clients on their investments and operations in the country, as well as Israel-based clients on their cross-border growth, financing and transactions. Her clients range from seed-stage to emerging growth as well as mature global companies in diverse technology sectors, including security, mobile, gaming, cloud, software, media and life sciences.
Meisel, based in Silicon Valley, led the Israel practice at another large law firm and is a member of both the California and Israel bars. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years practicing with a top-tier Israeli law firm in Tel Aviv, serving as a member of that firm’s Executive Committee and head of its cross-border practice.
