Fenwick Deepens Thriving Startup Practice with Partners Joshua Geffon, Einat Meisel

We are excited to share the news that Josh Geffon and Einat Meisel have joined Fenwick as corporate partners.

Geffon joins our new Santa Monica office and advises entrepreneurs, executives and in-house legal teams. He works with innovative companies throughout their lifecycles, along with venture capital investors, private equity funds and investment banks.

Meisel joins our Mountain View office and is a leader in cross-border corporate and transactional matters, particularly involving Israel. She advises U.S. and international technology clients on a broad range of corporate matters affecting their operations and investments in the U.S. and Israel, as well as Israel-based clients on their U.S.-facing cross-border growth, financing and transactions.
