Fenwick has been featured in Patexia’s 2023 ANDA Intelligence Report. The firm was notably ranked the eighth Best Performing Law Firm Overall and the 12th Most Active Law Firm Representing Plaintiffs.
The report, which recognizes the top 100 best performing and most active Hatch-Waxman law firms and lawyers, covers a five-year period and evaluates a total of 1,428 ANDA cases as well as the relevant stakeholders involved in those cases, including 1,936 ANDA lawyers, 226 law firms, 469 pharmaceutical companies and 153 judges.
In addition to the firm’s recognitions, five Fenwick lawyers were also ranked in the report across four different categories.
