Fenwick was honored with two Deal of the Year awards by Global M&A Network at the annual Global Markets M&A Atlas Awards, earning recognition for the firm’s leading technology M&A practice.
Fenwick received the Global Tech Deal of the Year award for representing GitHub, the world’s leading software development platform, in its $7.5 billion acquisition by Microsoft Corporation, and was awarded the Global Corporate M&A Deal of the Year for representing Cloudera, a top platform provider for machine learning and analytics optimized for the cloud, in an all-stock merger of equals with Hortonworks.
