Global M&A Network Names Fenwick Technology Firm of the Year

Fenwick was honored as an Outstanding M&A Firm in the 14th Annual M&A Atlas Awards and was again named Americas Technology Law Firm of the Year at Global M&A Network’s 2022 Americas M&A Atlas Awards, the group has recognized Fenwick’s preeminence in tech industry M&A since 2015.

The firm’s representation of Vocera Communications, Inc. in its acquisition by Stryker for a total equity value of approximately $2.97 billion and a total enterprise value of approximately $3.09 billion, received Americas Deal of the Year honors. In addition, the firm received the 2022 USA SPAC M&A Deal of the Year for its representation of Nextdoor in its merger with Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co. II.
