Ashleigh advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
While in law school, Ashleigh was a writing advisor for the first year Legal Research and Writing Program, and a managing editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. She also served as a legal intern at Loyola Project for the Innocent, and was part of the Documentary Film Legal Clinic where she helped advise independent documentary filmmakers on IP and business matters.
