Ashleigh advises clients on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, emphasizing the development of intellectual property assets for technology and life science companies. Ashleigh has experience counseling various clients of all sizes in a diverse range of industries, from start-ups, such as Oya or Pastel Ventures, to large companies like Uber.

While in law school, Ashleigh was a writing advisor for the first year Legal Research and Writing Program, and a managing editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. She also served as a legal intern at Loyola Project for the Innocent, and was part of the Documentary Film Legal Clinic where she helped advise independent documentary filmmakers on IP and business matters.
