Aylin focuses on a variety of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She has experience with general and transactional litigation matters, including executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions litigation. Aylin has been involved in a range of shareholder derivative litigation, federal actions and class action claims for public and private companies. She has also participated in internal investigations and regulatory investigations by the SEC and DOJ.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Aylin was a litigation associate at a leading law firm. During law school, Aylin was a symposium editor of the International Law Journal.
