Michael focuses his practice on corporate matters for cutting-edge technology companies at all stages of their lifecycle, with a primary emphasis on clients leveraging novel technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech. He provides strategic guidance on a wide range of issues, including entity formation, venture financings, token offerings, and the evolving legal challenges associated with decentralized assets, tokenization, and emerging digital ecosystems. Michael also advises on securities law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions, helping innovative companies navigate the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.
While in law school, Michael received three CALI Awards, served as a research assistant as well as a judicial intern for the Superior Court of California.
