Catherine advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology transactions, for clients in the life sciences and high-technology industries. Catherine’s practice includes advising on intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, as well as various technology-based commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Catherine was an intellectual property litigation associate for an Am Law 50 firm where she worked on pharmaceutical and high-tech patent cases before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission.
