Catherine advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology transactions, for clients in the life sciences and high-technology industries. Catherine’s practice includes advising on intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, as well as various technology-based commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Catherine was an intellectual property litigation associate for an Am Law 50 firm where she worked on pharmaceutical and high-tech patent cases before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission.
During law school, Catherine spent a semester as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jimmie Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Madeleine Flier of the California Courts of Appeal. Catherine also received CALI Excellence Awards in her Conflicts in Patent Law and Practice course and served as an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
