Claire represents emerging and high-growth life science and technology companies in commercial transactions relating to intellectual property, technology and data. She has experience structuring and negotiating licensing, joint venture and strategic alliance transactions in a wide range of industries, including agreements relating to collaboration, supply chain, channel partner and customer relationships. Claire also advises companies and investors on intellectual property matters associated with mergers, acquisitions, spin outs, corporate financings and initial public offerings.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Claire was an associate in the intellectual property transactions group at a leading law firm in San Francisco. Following law school, she was an attorney in the life sciences and technology practice group at one of Ireland's leading law firms.
Claire served on the Board of Directors of the California Young Lawyers Association from 2009 to 2012.
