Eugene focuses on patent litigation matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
Before joining Fenwick, Eugene was an associate at an intellectual property law firm, where his practice focused on prosecuting patents for complex software inventions, including virtualization, networking, blockchain, machine learning, security and cloud computing. He also has experience prosecuting patents for life sciences inventions, including medical devices.
During law school, Eugene served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
