Helen provides cutting-edge legal advice by blending her privacy and data security experience with a business-minded approach to intellectual property and technology issues in commercial transactions.

As counsel in Fenwick’s privacy and cybersecurity group, Helen helps technology and life sciences companies navigate the complex and ever-changing privacy, internet and cybersecurity laws governing the collection, use, storage and disclosure of information. She leverages her real-world understanding of industry practices to help companies assess their legal obligations and risks and helps design and implement practical, cost-effective plans for mitigating these risks.

Helen also represents clients in commercial transactions involving innovative IP and technology issues. She brings a practical, business-oriented approach to advising companies ranging from emerging startup ventures to global public companies in developing, licensing, selling, acquiring, protecting, and commercially exploiting IP and technology assets.
