Jean (Johnny) is an experienced corporate lawyer who has represented both public and private companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, SPACs, takeover bids, including tender offers and exchange offers, consent solicitations, and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. He also has experience providing shareholder activism and corporate governance counseling to public companies.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Johnny was a corporate associate at a leading law firm, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other general corporate matters. While obtaining his law degree, he served as a legal intern with the U.S. Marshals Service, Office of General Counsel.
During law school Johnny was a notes editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.
