Joanie advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including on intellectual property, antitrust, commercial, securities and product liability litigation before federal and state courts. She has experience throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy, initial responses and dispositive motions, depositions and discovery, as well as trial and post-trial motions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Joanie worked as a litigation associate and paralegal for an AmLaw 100 firm. She also previously served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
