Joshua represents clients in the technology and life sciences industries in a range of litigation matters, with a focus on securities litigation. He has represented clients in investigations and litigation at all stages, including in antitrust, consumer law and complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Joshua was a litigation attorney at a leading international law firm. He also previously served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, Criminal Division.

During law school, Joshua was an editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review.
