Kyle advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Kyle was an associate with an international law firm where he focused on U.S. and international trademark strategy, prosecuting hundreds of U.S. trademark applications and managing licensing agreements involving IP rights.
While in law school, Kyle served as managing editor for the IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center For Intellectual Property.
