Lailey focuses on securities and corporate finance transactions, as well as general corporate counseling. She advises issuers, investment banks, sponsors and investors in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, investment grade debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, at-the-market and medium term note programs and other capital market transactions. Additionally, Lailey assists both public and private companies with ongoing securities law compliance requirements and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, she was an associate for a global law firm.
While attending law school, she received the Lisle Merit Scholarship, the Public Service Award and a certificate in International Law.
