Marion supports the firm’s knowledge management efforts by collecting and sharing knowledge and expertise across the firm, helping to improve the quality of legal services provided to the firm’s clients. She applies her experience as a practicing attorney, law librarian, and educator to develop resources, design processes, and connect people and information—both within the firm and between the firm and its clients.

Marion previously served as an associate in Fenwick’s litigation group, where her practice mainly focused on patent-related disputes, including post-grant proceedings, and on advising clients about intellectual property matters. Prior to rejoining Fenwick, Marion was a reference librarian and lecturer in law at Stanford Law School, where she designed instructional content and advised students and faculty on research resources and strategies.
