Minal counsels public and private companies on a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, serving clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Minal was an associate at an international Am Law 100 firm, where she focused on a range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class action suits, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination disputes.
During law school, Minal was awarded first place in the Irving Neumiller Moot Court competition, winning awards for best oral advocacy and best written brief. She served on the Moot Court Honors Board and externed for the Honorable Ronald Robie of the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. She also served as a teaching assistant in criminal law for two semesters.
