Sapna advises technology companies on commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts. Sapna also counsels clients on privacy and information security matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Sapna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah A. Robinson of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Sapna worked with the YouTube operations team at Google.
During law school, Sapna was a member of the Administrative Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and as an intern at the Electronic Privacy Information Center.
