Steven advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of corporate matters. His background includes representing public and private companies as well as investment banks in capital markets transactions, both domestic and international, including initial public offerings, at-the-market offering, follow-on and secondary offerings, high yield and investment grade offerings, private placements and convertible debt offerings.

Steven also has experience advising clients on general corporate matters, corporate finance transactions, and corporate governance and securities law matters, including Exchange Act reporting and compliance, stock exchange rules and FINRA regulation.

During law school, Steven was the managing editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Prior to joining Fenwick, he worked at another leading international law firm.
