Trisha advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology transactions, for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Trisha founded her own practice and represented clients in contract negotiations, licensing, corporate formation, trademarks and copyrights. Trisha has also served as corporate counsel to medical device companies where she drafted complex licensing and technology agreements for product development and international distribution agreements for distribution of products in Asia Pacific, China, Central and South America.
