Ginny has significant experience building integrated information risk management frameworks for public and private data ecosystems. Her deep data protection expertise spans nearly every sector, including global companies Sony, MetLife, Merck, Pearson and IMS Health.
Ginny designs and manages large-scale information risk assessments and advises clients on governance, privacy and security by design, and breach management. With expertise in the intersection of technology and information protection, she serves as an advisory board member to several small startups, including a DARPA-funded identity validation solution, and has contributed to a number of initiatives to drive market acceptance of information protection. She also served as a liaison to the Mexican government as it drafted its first information privacy law and as a business delegate to the APEC Privacy Framework Subcommittee and its capacity-building team.
