Wyatt advises clients on a broad range of privacy and cybersecurity matters and handles transactional work focused on data privacy and security due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Wyatt is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has received the CIPP/US certification.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Wyatt was an associate at an international law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a legal extern in the Data Privacy and Security Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where he investigated data breach notifications and supported litigation strategy in ongoing multistate litigation. During law school, Wyatt was a legal intern in the Privacy, Security, & Health cohort of the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, advising MIT and Boston University student startup ventures on privacy and cybersecurity matters, and he interned at a global technology company researching global data privacy and cybersecurity regulations. Before law school, he held a position at a digital business transformation company, where he advised client and internal teams on the collection and storage of sensitive personal data and wrote on emerging privacy laws including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
