Yael advises emerging, high-growth and publicly-held tech companies on transactional matters with a focus on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Yael worked as a corporate attorney in Israel representing national and international venture capital funds, high-tech firms, and their international subsidiaries, including many Israeli startups. Prior to that Yael served in Israel's military elite Intelligence corps unit.

While attending law school, Yael was a member of the editorial staff for the IDC Law Review (Law and Business).
