Chieh Tung litigates intellectual property and commercial cases for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She has extensive experience in complex multidistrict litigation, copyright, trademark, class action, unfair competition and commercial lawsuits as well as privacy and data security matters.

During law school, Chieh was a member of the Board of Advocates Appellate Team (Moot Court) and participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Competition for patent litigation and the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Appellate Advocacy and the Prosser Award in Civil Trial Practice. Chieh also externed for the Honorable David O. Carter in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Before attending law school, Chieh worked for five years as a legal analyst at a leading technology company in Silicon Valley, where she responded to and managed policies relating to content removal requests from around the world, including for intellectual property, national security and consumer protection.
